Well, what is Pulp Illustration?
By definition, a Pulp Illustration is derived from the pulp magainzines that appeared in 1896 through the 1950s. The magazines were fictionous, inexpensive, and made on cheap wood pulp paper with ragged edges. Although these magazines were cheaply made-the main attraction which bought the attention of others were the magnificent illustrations presented on the front cover. These pulp illustrations were were out of the ordinary!
Damsels In Distress!
Pulp Illustrations brought these magazines to light. Pulp illustrations also have something to do with my next art assignment.
